Mission
Feed Every Need’s mission is to provide nourishing meals to individuals and families experiencing food insecurity, while supporting local purveyors, gleaners, and small businesses. We believe that everyone deserves access to healthy food and that collaboration builds stronger, more resilient communities.
Programs or services
Rural Vermonters continue to experience barriers to consistent, healthy food access due to transportation challenges, high food prices, and limited local services. Feed Every Need fills these gaps by preparing and delivering ready-to-eat, nutritious meals to partner organization for distribution to individuals and families facing hardship — including seniors, low-income households, and those recovering from illness or crisis.
Target Audience
Across Central Vermont, far too many individuals and families are struggling with food insecurity—often quietly and without adequate support. In rural areas especially, access to affordable, nutritious meals is limited by poverty, transportation barriers, and social stigma. Seniors, low-income working families, individuals living with disabilities, and those recovering from illness or crisis are among the most vulnerable.
